Annual Engagement Survey

Your voice matters. We gather input from our people and create action plans to address key areas for improvement based on survey results.

DEIB Employee Resource Group

During a Listening Tour, small groups of employees came together to share with our executive leaders their experiences regarding social injustice in everyday life and suggestions for making a positive impact on our workplace. From those listening sessions, we created a DEIB employee resource group with project teams focused on promoting and optimizing experiences of diversity, equity and inclusion across the company.

Women Empower Network

This group is dedicated to inspiring, connecting and mentoring female talent. They frequently host learning and networking events with executive sponsors.

Giving Back

Giving back to the communities where we live and work in is part of who we are. From volunteer incentives and matching gift programs, to local food drives and charity events, joining Enlyte means joining a community of caring.
